<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing program which enables a multiple function processing machine to execute a job flow, based on an operation of the user from an external device at arbitrary timing, by using an instruction in which the job flow is described, and to provide a document processing method and a document processing system. <P>SOLUTION: The multiple function processing machine 200 is provided with a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, etc. and includes a control section 201 for controlling each section of the multiple function processing machine 200, an operation display section 202, an image reading section 203, a printing section 204, a memory device 205, a job managing section 206 for issuing a job ID upon reception of the job flow, and generating a job log etc. after execution of the job flow, an instruction managing section 207 for storing therein the instruction transmitted from an external processor 100, a network communication section 208 connected to a network 300, and a facsimile communication section 209 connected to a telephone line network or the like.
