<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sway prevention fixture for coated optical fibers of an optical cable capable of preventing the coated optical fibers from being damaged by being swayed by the wind or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture 1 for coated optical fibers 11 of an optical cable 10 is used for supporting the coated optical fibers 11 of the optical cable when processing the coated optical fibers of the optical cable stripped from the optical cable 10, and comprises: a main body 2; 1st to 4th coated optical fiber receivers 3<SB>1</SB>to 3<SB>4</SB>which are arranged projectingly from the main body 2 and support the coated optical fibers 11 of the optical cable; and a hook part 4 prepared at one end of the main body 2.
