<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily store and take out a handpiece relative to an instrument holder by facilitating the passing of an instrument hose through a notch section (an opening section) provided in front of a hole for hanging the handpiece when taking out the handpiece from the instrument holder. <P>SOLUTION: This instrument holder 4 is a vertical type having a hole 5 for hanging the dental handpiece section (a grip section) 2. The notch section (the opening section) 5' of the handpiece hanging hole 5 is formed larger than the diameter of the handpiece section (the grip section) 2 and has a magnet 11 in its inner circumference section.
