<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing head which reduces an electromagnetic wave radiation generated from the printing head. <P>SOLUTION: An LPH 14 is provided with an SLED (self-scanning type LED) in which an LED chip mounting 128 pieces of LED is arrayed 60 pieces in a staggering manner. The 60 pieces of LED chips is grouped into a first group Gr1 to a eighth group Gr8. A signal generating circuit 100 outputs transfer signals CK1 and CK2 having a different output timing with respect to each of the first group Gr1 to the eighth group Gr8. When the period of time of the transfer signal CK1(CK2) being "L" and other transfer signal CK2(CK1) being "L" is the light cycle, the shift length of the output timing in the transfer signals CK1 and CK2 to each group is within the light cycle at the maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
