<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a work plan by which each work process is efficiently feasible. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 2 sets a period from start of each task to its completion on the basis of a name of a task to be managed by a task management table, a person in charge, and a period of time needed for the work. The control unit 2 changes a content in the task management table so that a scheduled starting date of a task of the highest priority of all tasks nears a scheduled start date of a higher order task.
