PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving support device, a moving support method, a moving support program and a moving support system, capable of guiding easily a person from a start point to a destination.

SOLUTION: An operation device 20 executes the moving support method according to the moving support program. A caring person carries a cellular phone 30 with a camera and moves from the start point to the destination, together with a cared person, when generating a support content. A land mark is photographed therein in each photographing point by the cellular phone 30 with the camera, and a photographed picture image is transmitted to the operation device 20 as a material for a support content. The cared person carries the cellular phone 30 with the camera and moves from the start point to the destination, in moving support processing. The operation device 20 prepares an animation image with a scene of the picture image varied along a moving direction, and transmits it to the cellular phone 30 with the camera. The moving direction of the supported person is guided by this manner.
