PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle motor controller capable of acquiring high output by reducing switching loss, and a power steering apparatus and a motor-driven braking apparatus using the same.

SOLUTION: The controller is provided with a voltage booster means 2 for boosting a power source voltage to be output from a DC power source; a motor driving means 4 for driving and controlling a polyphase motor with a pulsewidth modulation signal on the basis of the boosted voltage to be output from the voltage booster means 2; and a voltage boosting control means 5 for detecting a reflux timing of the motor driving means 4 and performing switching control of the voltage booster means at the detected reflux timing.
