ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR TRANSISTOR ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor transistor element which shows superior solubility and compatibility in a solvent and a resin, is made of a charge transporting material having high carrier mobility, has a high operation speed, and is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor transistor element includes source and drain electrodes, an organic semiconductor arranged to be electrically conductive to the source and drain electrodes, and a gate electrode. The organic semiconductor contains one or more kinds of charge transporting polyethers made of a repetition unit containing at least one structure as a partial structure that is selected out of structures represented by at least one or more kinds of the formulas: (AI-1) and (AI-2). In the formulas, the symbol Ar denotes a replaced or nonreplaced single valent benzene ring, a replaced or nonreplaced single valent polynuclear aromatic group hydrocarbon having 2 to 10 aromatic rings, a replaced or nonreplaced single valent condensed aromatic group hydrocarbon having 2 to 10 aromatic rings, or a replaced or nonreplaced single heterocyclic ring; T denotes a two-valent linear hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a two-valent branch hydrocarbon group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms; m denotes an integer of 0 to 3; and X denotes a substituent represented by the formula (AII). In the formula AII, R1to R6denotes a replaced or nonreplaced single valent benzene ring, a replaced or nonreplaced single valent polynuclear aromatic group hydrocarbon having 2 to 10 aromatic rings, or a single valent branch hydrocarbon group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and n denotes an integer of 1 to 10.
