PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL FOR THE SILVER DYESTUFF BLEACHING PROCESS

Photographic material for the silver dyestuff bleaching process is provided wherein at least one silver halide emulsion layer, containing a bleachable azo dyestuff as the image dyestuff also contains a benzselenazole-benzelenazole or benselenazole-benzthiazole carbocyanine as red-sensitizer. This photographic material is characterized by an unexpectedly high relative sensitivity, especially in the presence of polyazo dyestuffs.
