PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surveillance camera with a built-in LED which improves an installation nature more compactly, while making it possible to photograph a color image in an environment of darkness by a regular movement and threatening an invader in a light in this invention. SOLUTION: In an environment of a camera lens 4, a ring and elastic packing 3 is arranged, and the packing 3 is made to stick to a glass 5 for protecting a camera lens 4. On a perimeter of the packing 3, two or more white LEDs 2 are arranged, and a wiring of the white LEDs 2 connects parallel to a power supply what is making one piece or five pieces into a group, as a figure 4.
