PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a structure in which epoch-making novel design is enabled, without damaging original functions as the electronic apparatus such as a telephone apparatus. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a telephone apparatus in a structure mounting a handset 20 attachable to and detachable from an apparatus body part 10, the apparatus body part 10 comprises an operating lever part 12 and a push-out holding part 13 on which the handset 20 is placed and held on the same plane as a surface of the main body part. The operating lever part 12 and the push-out holding part 13 are pivoted in one terminal on the main body part so as to be turned, the push-out holding part is turned forward together with the backward turn of the operating lever part, and the handset 20 is pushed-out so as to be gripped in cooperation with the forward turn of the push-out holding part and the backward turn of the operating lever part.
