PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for magnetically coupling a telephone device with magnetic leakage flux decreased. SOLUTION: A configuration of a telephone coupler inserts an inductive coil or an inductive transformer which generates many magnetic leakage fluxes between a telephone line and a telephone device in order to efficiently fetch a phone signal to a hearing-aid from the telephone device.
