PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a moving target in a wide range and high precision. SOLUTION: The device can heighten signal processing efficiency, and simultaneously perform target detection processing by dividing an image screen into plural sections, preferentially distributes processing capability of an image processing unit 3 to a region in which the target is detected. It becomes possible to search/detect the target in a wide region, with high precision, and further maintaining an image update speed without applying a load to the image processing unit 3 by the means. Namely, processing capacity of the image processing unit 3 can be effectively used by limiting a region performing detail processing to a small region near the target, especially, it becomes possible to effectively catch a moving target.
