PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for user's level to form a medium, in which photography conditions and the like are encoded. SOLUTION: Photography information of a selected image is read from an image data memory or an outer memory (step S27). The photography information is encoded according to a setting condition, and a two-dimensional code image is formed (step S28). The formed two-dimensional code image is synthesized with part (corner portion etc.) of the selected image (step S29). The synthesized image data is subjected to compression encoding and stored, along with photography information, in the image data memory or the outer memory (step S30).
