PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin based resin pellet containing vinylon fibers which can be easily injection molded with high productivity, and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: In a resin coated reinforcing fiber, a fiber bundle composed of vinylon filaments or the fiber bundle wherein an adhesive assistant is given to an olefin based resin, and which is composed of vinylon filaments, is coated with the olefin.
