PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered base material having both shaping properties and handleability compatibly with each other and superior in the productivity of FRP, a preform using it and a preform manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The multilayered base material is manufactured by laminating at least two sets of biaxial stitch base materials to integrate them by a locking material. Each of the biaxial stitch base materials is obtained by laminating a plurality of sheets, each of which is constituted by arranging a large number of reinforcing fiber yarns in parallel to each other, so as to orient the reinforcing fiber yarns in two directions and sewing them by stitch yarns A. In this multilayered base material, the melting point Tmc of the locking material is 80-200°C and the melting point Tma of the stitch yarns A is (Tmc+10)-(Tmc+120)°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
