PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving system using a winch, that is, the moving system of a net or a sheet by using the winch, capable of smoothly moving a wire rope, without causing the problem with tension of the wire rope being a defect of a conventional device, and without causing the problem with a load of the net or the sheet. SOLUTION: This moving system uses the winch performing various works by moving the suspended and tensioned wore rope by the winch, and moves the wire rope while eliminating looseness generated in the wire rope by the winch, and moves the winch along the wire rope while eliminating the looseness generated in the wire rope by the winch along the suspended and tensioned wire rope.
