PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To agilely and easily recover a solvent by improving the technology for recovering the contained solvent and by using a member having a miniature size, a light weight and low manufacturing costs at replacing a cartridge filter used in a washing machine. SOLUTION: A chain line (arrow b) from a solvent pump 4 to a washing tank 1 shows a channel for circulating the solvent in normal washing, in which the solvent is filtered through the cartridge filter 5 on the way. Via a three-way valve 14 provided on the channel, high-temperature and high-pressure steam 15 is blown to the filter 5 to flow through to gasify the solvent to be mixed it. The solvent is introduced into a steel condenser 10 through a steel tank 9 to be cooled and liquidized. After water content Wa is separated and removed by water-content separator 11, the solvent is returned to a solvent tank 3 (arrows H and I). COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
