PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back pack type power sprayer which can be carried with one hand. SOLUTION: This back pack type power sprayer in which an engine 5 and a pump device 4 are disposed on a frame portion 2 and a chemical liquid tank 3 that are integrally formed, and a chemical liquid in the chemical liquid tank 3 is sprayed through a spray pipe 15 with the pump device 4 driven by the power of the engine 5, is characterized by disposing a holding member 32 for engaging and holding the spray pipe 15 in a holding portion 29a disposed in the cap 29 of the chemical liquid tank 3, whereby the holding portion 29a and the spray pipe 15 engaged and held in the holding portion 29a can simultaneously be held, carried and moved with one hand while engaging and holding the spray pipe 15 by the holding member 32.
