PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover composition for removing a surgical tape and a dressing film with low removing force without damaging or stimulating the skin and without leaving an adhesive agent on the skin. SOLUTION: The remover composition for the skin adhesive agent contains methyl siloxane solvent having a boiling point of≥95°C and <170°C in an amount of 85-99.8 wt.%, an oil compatible and adhesive soluble oily medicine having a boiling point of≥170°C in an amount of 0.1-5 wt.%, and a nonionic surfactant in an amount of 0.1-10 wt.%.
