PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coral-growing device which can promote the growth of coral, and to provide a coral-growing structure. SOLUTION: This coral-growing device 10 is characterized by comprising a cathode 12 disposed in seawater, and an anode 11 which is disposed in seawater, is electrically connected to the cathode 12 through an electric conductor, and has a lower natural potential than that of the cathode 12, and attaching a coral of culture target to the cathode 12. The coral-growing device 10 has a plurality of cathodes 12, and the cathodes 12 are electrically connected to each other through a grit-like cathode auxiliary member 14.
