A measuring device is provided with a first transmitting controller for enabling, at a first timing, a first transmitter to transmit a first transmitting signal in which a first data signal is modulated by a first sub-carrier not overlapped with sub-carriers used by other transmitters than the first transmitter; at a second timing in a state not to enable other transmitters than a second transmitter to carry out transmitting by the first sub-carrier that the first transmitter has used for transmitting, a second transmitting controller for enabling the second transmitter to transmit a second transmitting signal in which the first data signal is modulated by the first sub-carrier; a first phase difference calculating unit for calculating a phase delay of every sub-carrier of the second transmitting signal with respect to the first transmitting signal; and, on the basis of the phase delay calculated by the first phase delay calculating unit, a carrier frequency phase difference calculating unit for calculating a carrier frequency phase difference between the first and second transmitters. The measuring device may be provided with a skew calculating unit substituted for the carrier frequency phase difference calculating unit to calculate a skew between the first and second transmitters on the basis of the phase delay calculated by the first phase delay calculating unit.
