A jig system for spectrum analysis and performance evaluation of an oscillator is provided to attenuate reflecting waves by forming a transmission line between the oscillator and a measurement device. A jig system includes an oscillator package chip, a first capacitor(C1) connected between a first pin and a ground part of the oscillator package chip, a first resistor(R1) connected between a fourth pin and the ground part of the oscillator package chip, a second resistor(R2) connected between the first capacitor and the first resistor, a first switch(sw1) connected between the first resistor and the second pin, a second switch(sw2) connected between the second pin and the ground part, a second, third, and fourth capacitors(C2~C4) connected between the fourth pin and the ground part, a first power source connected between the fourth pin and the first resistor, a third and fourth resistors(R3,R4) connected between a fifth pin of the oscillator package chip and a first output terminal, a fifth resistor connected between the third and fourth resistors and the ground part, a sixth and seventh resistors(R6,R7) connected between a sixth pin of the oscillator package chip and a second output terminal, an eighth resistor(R8) between the six and seventh resistors and the ground part, a ninth and tenth resistors connected between the third resistor and the sixth resistor, an inductor(L1) connected between the ninth and tenth resistors and a second power source, and a fifth and sixth capacitors between the second power source and the ground part. |
