A plasma display panel is provided to suppress a yellowing effect by preventing a bonding process between metallic ions of bus electrodes and peripheral electrons. A plasma display panel includes a plurality of transparent electrodes(11), a plurality of bus electrodes(12), a first dielectric layer(13), and a second dielectric layer(14). The plurality of transparent electrodes are formed on a front substrate(10). Each of the bus electrodes is formed on each of the transparent electrodes and includes at least one of Ag, Cu, and Cr. The first dielectric layer is formed with a plurality of patterns in order to cover a part of the electrodes and the bus electrodes. The second dielectric layer is formed on the substrate in order to cover the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer includes one of CoO and CuO or both of CoO and CuO.
