Provided is a solder mask film capable of checking an eccentricity error, which enables a worker to check an eccentricity error of a solder mask film by the naked eye, is rapidly rearranged, and thus prevents quality degradation of products caused by soldering defects by eccentricity. The solder mask film(10) capable of checking an eccentricity error is used to expose a solder mask to be applied onto a printed circuit board. Many separated apertures(12a,12c,14) are formed in positions corresponding to recognition patterns(22,22a) formed on the printed circuit board. Whether the recognition patterns(22,22a) are eccentrical or not is confirmed by checking the recognition pattern parts within the apertures(12a,12c,14) by the naked eye.
