An apparatus for automatically inspecting the outer size of a three-dimensional structure is provided to precisely measure the outer size of the three-dimensional structure such as a vehicular pulley. An apparatus for automatically inspecting the outer size of a three-dimensional structure includes a rotation unit, a stage unit, an inner and outer mirror laser(264), and a profile laser(274). An object is positioned on the rotation unit to be rotated. The stage unit moves the rotation unit in X-, Y-, and Z-directions. The inner and outer mirror laser is installed at a position where the side shape of the object can be observed from a side and includes a tilting stage capable of tilting the observation angle. The profile laser is installed at a position where the upper shape of the object can be observed from the upper side and includes a manual stage capable of moving the horizontal position.
