<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card which prevents electrostatic discharge destruction for an IC chip embedded into the IC card. <P>SOLUTION: In the noncontact IC card, at least a magnetic recording layer, a metallic reflection layer and a hologram layer are sequentially laminated on a card base material, and an antenna and an IC chip connected to the antenna are embedded into the card base material.
