CONTROL APPARATUS FOR MUSIC SYSTEM COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF EQUIPMENT CONNECTED TOGETHER THROUGH NETWORK AND INTEGRATED SOFTWARE FOR CONTROLLING THE MUSIC SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substitute another equipment for equipment to be synchronized when such equipment is not present in a music system.

SOLUTION: A work memory stores setting states of respective equipment in accordance with the plurality of equipment which should be present in the music system. An allocation section makes the setting states of the respective equipment stored in the work memory correspond to the respective equipment in the music system and allocates the above setting states to the respective equipment. When a setting state of one specified equipment can not be allocated to some equipment in the music system, the respective equipment capable of substituting for the specified equipment is searched for in the music system and the setting state of the specified equipment is allocate to a searched substitutable equipment. When synchronization processing for matching the setting state of the respective equipment in the music system with the setting states of the respective equipment stored in the work memory is performed in response to issue of a synchronization indication, the synchronization is carried out such that the setting state of the substitutable equipment allocated as a substitute matches the stored setting state of the specified equipment.
