<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of enhancing a player's practice motivation for progressing to a next level, while the player understands his level. <P>SOLUTION: By comparing a content of a playing data generated according to an operation state of a playing operator which is operated by a user, with a content of a music piece data read form a music piece data storing means, a playing level of the user is evaluated.
