<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system using inexpensive electric power by charging an energy storage device in a time zone where the electric power is inexpensive, and by disconnecting the connection between a system power supply and a general load for supplying the electric power to the general load from the energy storage device in a time zone except the time zone when the power is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The power charge of a precontracted power supplier dependent on time is input to a control unit 9.
