<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical filter apparatus using a centrifuging method for increasing washing capacity in the case of severe contamination of washing object parts, and allowing repeated use of a washing solution, and a centrifuging method. <P>SOLUTION: A washing solution drain introducing pipe 4 having a nozzle 9 at the lower end; a bottomed inner cylinder 5 having fine holes 11 at an upper outer periphery; a bottomed outer cylinder 6 having fine holes 12 on the bottom; and a separation tank 7 are housed in a tank 2. While rotating the bottomed inner cylinder 5, bottomed outer cylinder 6 and separation tank 7 at high speed, the washing solution drain jetted from the nozzle 9 of the washing solution drain introducing pipe 4 passes through the bottomed inner cylinder 5 and the bottomed outer cylinder 6 by centrifugal force, and overflows several stages of annular weirs 14 formed on an inner wall 13 of the separation tank 7 one by one. During these processes, solid component contained in the washing solution drain is settled and fixed to the inner wall 13 of the separation tank 7. When having reached a certain stage, the high speed rotation is suddenly stopped, or reversely rotated, to re-diffuse the solid component for discharging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
