PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit easily assembled so that no liquid leakage occurs. SOLUTION: A filter unit 3 has a housing 161, a housing 162, a filter member 164 and an O-ring 165A. The housings 161, 162 are liquid-tightly connected each other. The filter member 164 and the O-ring 165A are arranged to be positioned between the housing 161 and the housing 162. The housing 161 has a convex part 167 at the outer circular side of a contact position with the O-ring 165A. The housing 162 has a concave part 166, in which the convex part 167 is introduced, and keeps a gap between the convex part 167 and the concave part 166 filled with a sealing agent 168.
