PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing processor capable of preventing unauthorized reproduction. SOLUTION: The image processing unit has a scanner part 11 for reading an original image; a reproduction inhibition information detector 14 for detecting reproduction inhibition information buried in an original; and a control unit 16 for counting the number of times for detecting the reproduction inhibition information to stop device operation when the count value becomes a prescribed value or larger. When the unauthorized reproduction is performed repeatedly, vulnerability is found in the reproduction inhibition information, thus preventing a reproduction inhibition original from being reproduced.
