PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic transparent conductive material having excellent transparency, and manufacturable at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the organic transparent conductive material, a solution prepared by dissolving carbazole or its derivative therein is electrolytically polymerized in a range of electrolysis potential +0.5 to +1.8 V to a saturated calomel reference electrode to form a polycarbazole film (or a polycarbazole derivative film) on a positive electrode, and thereafter a metal having a work function smaller than that of polycarbazole is brought into contact with and reacted with it in a stoichiometric proportion, whereby a conductive hybrid film having high white transparency is provided.
