PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a tire which can suppress air enclosure between a tire reinforcing member and an inner liner member, and between the tire reinforcing members when the tire reinforcing members are laminated in the thickness direction. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for tires uses a strip-like carcass ply formed by coating a rubber-like elastic material 11 on reinforcing cords 10 arranged in parallel, and comprises the steps of laminating the strip-like carcass ply in the thickness direction to the inner liner member 12 to form a carcass layer 7 and then laminating a belt layer on the carcass layer 7.
