PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jet head capable of maintaining accuracy of jetting, reducing an amount of a liquid droplet to be jetted, and jetting a liquid droplet even having a high viscosity, and to provide a liquid droplet jet device. SOLUTION: This liquid droplet jet head comprises a groove 24 for supplying a liquid, a cavity C receiving the liquid supplied from the groove 24, a nozzle 22 communicating with the cavity C, a diaphragm 25 forming at least one wall face of the cavity C, a pressing member 26 which is disposed in the cavity C and is attached to the diaphragm 25, and a piezoelectric element 38 for driving the diaphragm 25.
