PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film excellent in stiffness, shrink finish properties, transparency at the time of regeneration and addition and natural shrinkage, suppressed in ply separation and suitable for use in shrink packaging, shrink bundling packaging or a shrinkable label, and a container having a heat-shrinkable label comprising the heat-shrinkable laminated film applied thereto. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable laminated film has a surface layer (layer S) constituted of an amorphous polyester resin composition containing a polyvalent carboxylic acid residue and a polyhydric alcohol residue, an intermediate layer (layer M) constituted of a styrenic resin composition and an adhesive layer (layer AD) constituted of a resin composition which contains a copolymer of a styrenic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene hydrocarbon or its hydrogenated derivative and is characterized in that the content of the styrenic hydrocarbon to the whole of the copolymer or its hydrogenated derivative is 5-40 mass% and is characterized in that a heat-resistant layer (layer R) constituted of a surfactant is arranged on the surface layer (layer S).
