PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition excellent in stability of dextranase, having good foaming property, excellent in feelings upon use and remarkably excellent in plaque formation-suppressing effect. SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition comprises (A) dextranase, (B) 0.5-2.0 mass% fatty acid amidepropylbetaine of 12-14C alkyl chain length and (C) 0.01-0.1 mass% cationic microbicide, wherein the formulation ratio (mass ratio) of component (B)/component (C) is 10-150 and pH of the composition at 25°C is 6.5-8.5.
