PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle music reproducing device capable of totally controlling and reproducing musical pieces stored in a plurality of music reproducing device without redundancy, and also reproducing the music always stably even when the respective music reproducing devices are connected. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle music reproducing device A, a music list extraction section 3 extracts music lists from the respective music reproducing devices B to D when the music reproducing devices B to D are connected to the on-vehicle music reproducing device A, a sound quality comparison section 4 compares sound qualities of duplicated music in all extracted music lists to automatically select music having high sound qualities from the duplicated music and generates a total music list together with the non-duplicate music, so that the music can be reproduced based upon the total music list by using a music reproduction section 9, amplifiers 10, and speakers 11. Even when music held by the music reproducing devices B, C, and D are duplicated, music having high sound qualities can be selected from the duplicated music and reproduced.
