PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely control equipment capable of being controlled by a wireless signal even when not having a communication function via a network. SOLUTION: A control signal (including a connector number and a command number) for controlling the controlled equipment M inside a house from a communication terminal B is transmitted to a server device 1 via the Internet. In the server device 1, the control signal is transferred from a power line communication part 13 through a power line PL with the connector number included in the received control signal as a destination. In a wireless controller 3 allocated with the connector number of the destination, a control part 33 drives an infrared light emission part 30 to transmit the wireless signal. The wireless signal transmitted from the infrared light emission part 30 is light-received by a light reception part 100, and the controlled equipment M performs operation corresponding to time waveform data.
