PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harshness removing sheet having high adsorptivity of both of harshness and oils/fats and having a high operability in cooking. SOLUTION: This harshness removing sheet having a three-dimensional structure formed by sticking staples to each other consists of at least two superposed layers, and is characterized in that one layer A of the two layers is a dense layer with fine staples and the other layer B is a non-dense layer with thick staples.
