PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow needle without giving pains or injury or the like to a subject. SOLUTION: The hollow needle for blood sampling is provided with openings on the distal end and the proximal end, the inside diameter of the distal end is smaller than the inside diameter of the proximal end, the outside diameter of the distal end is smaller than the outside diameter of the proximal end, and the inside diameter and the outside diameter are respectively tapered from the distal end to the proximal end in a long axis direction.
