The mass converter a converter housing that has an inner section and a vibrating mass pipe (10) for conveying of media. There is a first coupling zone (11#) on the inlet-side of the mass pipe and a second coupling zone (12#) on the outlet-side of the mass pipe fixed to a counter oscillator (20). The inner section has a branched coupling pipe piece (11, 12) held in the converter housing. The mass pipe and the counter oscillator are built in such a way as to be oriented to one another.
