A biomaterial made of a thin film of calcium phosphate crystals for inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase biocompatibility by preventing a lower substrate coated with the calcium phosphate thin film of high roughness from being exposed. The method for manufacturing the biomaterial coated with a calcium phosphate thin film of high surface roughness comprises the steps of: pouring calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of a solid; firstly reacting the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the solid at 20~45°C for 20~40 minutes; pouring the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the calcium phosphate thin film; and secondly reacting the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the calcium phosphate thin film at 20~45°C for 60~120 minutes. |
