An ink-jet print head and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to prevent corrosion of the ink-jet print head and to stably use the ink-jet print head by including an OLED heater. An ink-jet print head includes an ink chamber and an OLED heater(300). The ink chamber accommodates ink. The OLED heater includes an OLED light source section(360) and a convex lens(380). The OLED heater is provided in the ink chamber. The OLED power source section generates light. The convex lens collects the light generated in the OLED light source section to generate heat. The OLED heater heats the ink. The OLED light source section emits blue light.
