A diffusion film with a honeycomb form is provided to secure high light utilization efficiency and to improve luminance by smoothly curving a boundary surface between the adjacent honeycomb structures. The diffusion film(130) with a honeycomb form is composed of a light transmissive film(132) made of flexible materials with good light transmissivity and a luminance improving layer(134) formed on one surface of the light transmissive film to increase luminance by changing the light passing through the light transmissive film, into the direct ray. The luminance improving layer is formed by infinitely connecting fine hexagonal structures. All the light passing through the plate is changed into the direct ray by compactly forming the hexagonal structures on the luminance improving layer, and thus the light utilization efficiency is increased.
