A sunshade apparatus for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacture cost by simplifying and the lightening of weight a structure and have very excellent operational reliability. A sunshade apparatus for a vehicle includes a first arm(22), a second arm(22'), a pair of sector gears(28,28'), a pair of racks(32,32'), and a rotating arm(34). A first slider(16) and a second slider(16') are movably inserted in a length direction of a blind rod(14). A bottom part of the first arm and the second arm has the sector gears with pivots(20,20') as a center shaft. The racks are putted to horizontally move in a length direction of a slide way(30) in a bottom part of a frame(10). The racks are connected to two end sides of the rotating arm rotating in a clockwise direction or in a counter-clockwise direction by a pair of connection bars(36,36').
