<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for reducing the possibility of resulting in a defect of a metal terminal member and suppressing the reduction of the detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor comprises a detection element 1, and a metal terminal member 11 formed of a body section 11 and first to third turnup sections 12-14. In a natural state, the body section 11 extends in the axial direction. The first turnup section 12 is turned up at a first angle θ1 from a first turnup position P1 of the body section 11, the second turnup section 13 is turned up at a second angle θ2 from a second turnup position P2 of the first turnup section 12 to the body section 11 side, and the third turnup section 14 is turned up at a third angle θ3 from a third turnup position P3 of the second turnup section 13 to the first turnup section 12 side. In the metal terminal member 10, the first turnup section 12 comes into contact with an electrode terminal section 1a in an assembled state, the second turnup section 13 comes into contact with the body section 11 on the first turnup position P1 side of an intersection point S1, and the third turnup section 14 comes into contact with the first turnup section 12 on the second turnup position P2 side of an intersection point S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
