<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming carbonated beverage obtained by imparting foaming property to a low-alcohol carbonated beverage containing fruit juice and carbon dioxide without depending on foaming ingredients derived from hop (e.g. isohumulon). <P>SOLUTION: The foaming carbonated beverage contains at least yeast cell wall-derived soluble fractions and carbon dioxide. The beverage contains (a) fruit juice, (b) at least one kind of supplemental ingredient selected from saccharide, an acidifier and aroma, and (c) carbon dioxide and yeast cell wall-derived soluble fractions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
