PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flexible substrate to be easily and surely fixed onto its mounting partner without using any other components and the like. SOLUTION: A bump 2 upheaving to a predetermined size is formed on a flexible substrate 1, a hole 3 is formed below the bump 2, an L-shaped clamp 5 that can be inserted into the hole 3 of the flexible substrate 1 is prepared in a mounting partner 4 to which the flexible substrate 1 is mounted, an engagement hole 6 is formed in this clamp 5 to which the bump 2 gets engaged, a space s between the mounting partner 4 and the clamp 5 is formed such that it is nearly equal to the thickness of the flexible substrate 1, and the bump 2 gets engaged into the engagement hole 6 so that the flexible substrate 1 is nipped by the clamp 5 and the mounting partner 6, thus being fixed.
